a non refundable €150 deposit per person. Your balance is due in full 30 days before
departure.

preparation
After your reservation, we’ll
send you a confirmation packet containing your detailed
itinerary, travel planning information and other pre-departure
information.

All prices
quoted are per person sharing. Single occupancy rooms are available upon request on a very
limited basis and at an additional charge. Inquire for
rates.

Most
special diets can be catered for, provided we are notified in advance.
climate
& clothing
Ireland's climate is
mild, frequently damp, highly changeable, with temperatures ranging from
12C to 28C. We advise that both light and warm clithing is carried,
rainwear is essential (regardless of what time of the year). Especially for the walking tours, good footwear, ie
waterproof boots with ankle support are essential. A more detailed list of
suggested clothing and personal effects is enclosed in your pre-departure
information.
travel
arrangements
We do not
organise travel to Ireland from overseas destinations, but we are happy to help with your travel
arrangements, once you arrive in an Irish airport. We include airport
transfers on our guided tours. For all self-guided tour we will meet you
in the locale of the first night. We are also
happy to help with add-on travel plans in the event you wish
to arrive early or stay on after a tour.
the fine print-cancellation and
refunds
Deposit payments of €150pp are
required to confirm a booking, this payment is non refundable. The balance
of your tour will be deducted one month before the start date of your
tour. No refunds are given after balance has been settled. No refunds are given for services not
used by a trip participant. We strongly recommend that you
purchase air fare and tour package insurance with your flight supplier at the time you
make the deposit.
insurance
We
provide full public liability for guests on our tours, however we require
you to purchase full health insurance, including coverage for
repatriation. This is usually purchased with your flight
tickets. All participants must sign a liability
waiver. We require our guests to wear helmets on
bike tours, you can choose to bring your own or take one of
ours.
