| Lorna McDowell- Personal Development Consultant, XenerGie
Lorna is an experienced professional in communications and change management and founded XenerGie in 2000 to help enhance personal interaction skills in the workplace or, as she says, "to help companies become fit for humans and humans become fit for companies".
Her career spans 14 years, predominantly in the business to business and information technology sector.
Prior to setting up XenerGie, she was director of marketing and communications at PLAUT International Management Consulting Northern Europe. Previous positions include european operations manager at Brodeur Worldwide, a large international marketing consultancy focused on the IT industry, where she was responsible for facilitating change and teambuilding during a time of international of mergers; marketing manager for Micrografx France, a subsidiary of an American software company, and in various marketing positions for Tektronix Europe and Budget Rent a Car. She has extensive experience of working across European borders and connecting Europe with the USA and has lived in the UK, France and now, Ireland.
Today, Lorna lives in Co Galway with her daughter and is happiest making music, writing or walking in the wilds of nature. In addition to her work with Killary and XenerGie, she also works in private practice in hypnotherapy (IICH), aromatherapy (MIFA) and life coaching, and runs private groups and tours in celtic spirituality, music and creative expression.

| Sabrina NiCearbhaill Personal Development Consultant, XenerGie
Sabrina currently works primarily in private counselling practice, Rogerian orientation (Dip,Couns. TCD & Cert. Couples Couns. MRCS), and facilitating company groups on people-orientated and behavioural issues. She also works as a partner in her own consulting firm providing expert testimony and reports to the legal profession and individuals/families.
She has a background in general nursing (RGN) and ten years experience in training programme (social and vocational) research, development and co-ordination with the National Head Injuries Association. Her role involved travelling to various countries, Holland, France, Sweden, England, Spain, Germany and Northern Ireland to research various vocational rehabilitation modules to develop the services here in Ireland. The vocational element of the programmes involved working closely with many companys nationwide providing advice and guidance to employers and co-workers and developing return to work programmes and managing difficulites/concerns being experienced by the employee/employer.
Sabrina lives in a remote part of the Burren, Co Clare with her husband and daughter and is happiest playing the djemba or the saxophone. She is also a reflexologisit (ITEC), a poet and an artist and runs private groups in drumming, dance, meditation and creative expression.

Wigzell (Consultant and Facilitator)
Charlie runs the Barton
Training Trust. He is highly experienced as a course director, facilitator
and consultant. His expertise runs from one-off team building courses to
company wide cultural change programmes. He has the ability to use a
variety of training media, to work with the top levels of management, and
to mediate in situations of conflict.
