Here By Road
If you are driving from Galway, follow the signs for the N59 towards Clifden. After passing through the villages of Moycullen and Oughterard, you will arrive at Maam Cross (where the Peacock hotel complex will be on your right). Turn right at this crossroads and follow the signs for Leenane. Turn left at the next T-junction (beside Keanes Pub). This road will take you to the village of Leenane. Turn left and drive for another 3.5 miles with the Killary Harbour on your right. When the road begins to climb uphill, you will see Killary Lodge signposted on your right. |
